Refund policy

At TAAB, every piece represents our commitment to identity, culture, and quality. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received an incorrect item.

  • Your item has a verified manufacturing defect.

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or an unboxing video where available.

2. Product condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with its original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage caused after delivery, or missing original tags may not qualify.

3. Size exchanges

If you need a different size, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on stock availability and approval. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

4. Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preferences regarding colour or appearance, unless required by applicable law. This does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible, or through another mutually agreed method. Processing times depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a verified product defect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Return shipping

If we send an incorrect or defective item, TAAB will coordinate an appropriate return or replacement arrangement. For other approved exchanges, return shipping costs will be communicated before the exchange is confirmed.
